About the role
Join PwC’s Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team in Athens as an Associate. You will work alongside senior dealmakers on high‑profile M&A transactions, providing financial due diligence, valuation analysis and strategic advice to large Greek and multinational corporates.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial information and apply valuation techniques to support strategic decision‑making.
- Create marketing materials such as presentations and pitch books for client engagements.
- Prepare comprehensive due‑diligence reports and deliver data‑driven financial analyses.
- Support deal execution and streamline processes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams including tax, legal and ESG specialists.
- Engage with a diverse client base of large corporates and private equity firms.
Required profile
- Ambitious graduate or early‑stage professional.
- Strong interest in M&A, transaction services and financial analysis.
- Ability to work in a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
