Data Scientist - Data Analyst

About the role

EY Greece is looking for a motivated Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join its AI & Data team within the Consulting practice. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across EMEIA, supporting global clients in the financial and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply appropriate modeling techniques to answer critical business questions.
• Perform data management, integration and visualization to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine‑learning models for classification, prediction, recommendation, clustering, forecasting and optimization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of modeling results and project proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, Operational Research, Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 2‑7 years of relevant work or research experience, with at least 2 years in a commercial/industrial context.
• Proven experience with large, disparate data sets (structured, semi‑structured or unstructured).
