Data Platforms & Analytics Section Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Data Platforms & Analytics Section Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our integrated data ecosystem. You will ensure reliable acquisition, storage, preparation, and delivery of corporate data while fostering data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, manage, and continuously optimize data platforms, including big data environments, data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Define specifications and implement new data platforms and integration architectures.
• Design and apply advanced analytics methodologies such as statistical modeling, optimization, and automation.
• Develop statistical and optimization models and explore AI/ML applications to address business challenges.
• Establish and maintain standards and best practices for data platforms and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define analytics, reporting, automation, and database requirements.
• Utilize BI and visualization tools to create dashboards, validation reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Monitor platform performance and analytics outcomes, ensuring data integrity and reusability.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to analytics and data engineering teams.
• Lead the section’s day‑to‑day people management, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing data platforms and analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of data management frameworks and governance.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures.
• Ability to work closely with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions.
