Data Engineer

About the role

Accepted is a software and digital transformation services firm that helps clients innovate across finance, energy, gaming, telco and more. We are looking for a Data Engineer to strengthen our hybrid delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for efficient and reliable processing.
• Implement and optimise data models, storage, and integration solutions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing and transformation activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipelines to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in SQL, ETL and data warehousing.
• Strong background in data‑warehousing methodologies such as Kimball, Inmon and Data Vault 2.0.
• Practical experience with a cloud platform (Azure, Databricks).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft BI tools (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI).
• Experience with workflow/orchestration engines (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
• Familiarity with version‑control systems like Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
