Danish-speaking Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Danish‑speaking Sales Representative to join our Athens team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, promoting our products, and driving revenue across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct outbound outreach to Danish‑speaking prospects via phone, email and live chat.
• Present solutions, negotiate and close sales while meeting individual and team targets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date and provide accurate information to customers.
• Record all activities in the CRM system and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in shift rotations, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support European business hours.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and strong English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably telesales, retail, B2B or contact‑centre environments.
• Results‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
