About the role
Provide assistance to customers of a premium automotive brand in Denmark, handling roadside assistance, connected services, and general vehicle inquiries via phone and email. Comprehensive training is offered to ensure you can deliver high‑quality support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding vehicle issues, roadside assistance, and connected services.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s support system.
- Escalate complex cases to specialised teams when necessary.
- Maintain service quality while working 24/7 rotating shift patterns.
Required profile
- Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2).
- Legal right to work and current residence in Greece.
- Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Previous customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What we offer
- On‑site position in Chania with a gross salary of €1,029 per month.
- €300 gross monthly accommodation bonus.
- Productivity bonus up to €250.
