Danish Customer Service Representative (Athens)

About the role

We are seeking empathetic, solution‑focused Danish‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast‑growing international technology company in Athens. You will help users get the most from a widely used digital platform by providing friendly, accurate support across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound Danish customer enquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Provide timely assistance on product, billing and account questions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users step‑by‑step and suggest practical solutions.
• Escalate complex or technical problems to relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
• Educate users on platform features and best practices.
• Record interactions in the CRM system and manage tickets accurately.
• Collect user feedback and relay it to product and development teams.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates.

Required profile

• Native‑level Danish and professional English proficiency (B2+).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or contact‑centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both languages.
• Interest in digital marketing, web design or CMS platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and calm under pressure.
• Stable job history and professional work approach.
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate; occasional travel may be required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in standard office software.
• Knowledge of digital platforms or content‑management systems (CMS) is a plus.
