Czech B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Join Concentrix Greece as a Czech B2B Sales Representative and use your fluency in Czech to drive business growth for small‑to‑medium sized companies. You will work in a multicultural environment, engaging with clients across various industries and delivering memorable experiences for leading global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients by phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and report on your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Consult with small‑to‑medium sized businesses to understand their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Previous work experience in sales.
• Fluent in Czech with a good command of English.
• Strong desire to compete, win and close deals.
• Excellent customer communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player who can thrive in an international, multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Fluency in Czech.
• Proficiency in English.
