Customer Service Representative – Maltese (Athens)

About the role

We are seeking a Maltese‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves handling inbound communications across multiple channels and delivering high‑quality support to our international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chats, emails and messages in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs while adhering to quality standards.
• Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Maltese speaker with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00) and multitask in a structured setting.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
