Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for accommodation rental managers and owners. The role involves handling inbound calls and queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming contacts from accommodation rental managers/owners via telephone.
• Provide clear, professional communication and resolve queries related to rooms, rates, availability, and extranet tools.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to answer questions effectively.
• Utilise appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate and complete information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and partner satisfaction at all times.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Based in Greece with a stable internet connection.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, with two days off per week.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using MS Office applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
