Customer Service Representative – Czech/Slovakian (Remote, Greece)

About the role

We are looking for a native Czech or Slovak speaker to join a leading outsourcing consultancy’s customer service team, providing support to accommodation partners from Greece. The role is fully remote and full‑time, offering a dynamic environment where you will handle client inquiries and ensure a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming client contacts via phone, email or chat.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for accommodation partners regarding room modifications, rates, availability and extranet tools.
• Utilise appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate and complete information.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality client service and a positive partner experience.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Czech or Slovak language skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
• Ability to work rotating morning, afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
