Customer Care Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Agent to be the voice of Shopflix, helping shoppers resolve issues across chat, email and phone. You will act as the primary link between customers and our fast‑growing online marketplace, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to customers via chat, email and phone, handling inquiries about orders, deliveries, returns and modifications.
• Troubleshoot delivery problems and order changes with accuracy and speed.
• Use our CRM and internal admin tools to retrieve and update customer data.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Work rotating shifts within the department’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 09:00‑21:00).

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
• Fluent in Greek and English (C2 level or native).
• Strong empathy, professionalism and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to handle high‑volume periods while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing platforms.
