Customer Advisor (German)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO team based in Athens. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality support through phone and chat channels, ensuring customer satisfaction for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and live chat.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including service quality and productivity metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German language proficiency; English at minimum B1 level.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, BPO, e‑commerce or similar environments.
• Strong communication, active listening and phone handling skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work rotational shifts (Monday‑Sunday, 08:00–23:00).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
