Country Manager – Greece (Smart Energy & Power Distribution)

About the role

Daqo Group is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its entry and growth in the Greek market. You will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, building key partnerships, and driving revenue for smart energy and power distribution solutions across Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market entry and expansion in Greece, owning P&L and business development.
• Develop and manage relationships with utilities (e.g., HEDNO, IPTO), EPC contractors, renewable developers, and industrial clients.
• Promote Daqo’s solutions for solar farms, wind projects, grid stability, and industrial power distribution.
• Represent Daqo at industry events, government forums, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with headquarters to adapt products, set competitive pricing, and ensure compliance with Greek and EU regulations.
• Monitor energy policies, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.
• 7+ years of experience in energy, power systems, or industrial B2B sales/business development in Greece.
• Strong understanding of Greece’s energy landscape, utilities, regulatory framework, and key projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close large‑scale infrastructure deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑driven and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
