Business Development Manager – Level Measurement Solutions (CSEE)

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its Level Measurement Solutions portfolio across Central and South‑Eastern Europe. The role is based in either Athens, Greece or Budapest, Hungary and focuses on building trusted customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative measurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market expansion and achieve sales targets for Level Process and Level Tank Gauging solutions in the CSEE region.
• Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in collaboration with regional sales, product management, and engineering teams.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase market share and strengthen Emerson’s competitive position.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business.
• Partner with sales teams on strategic engagements, account development, and solution‑selling activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending value‑driven solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Utilize CRM tools, strategic account planning, and solution‑selling methodologies to maximize performance.
• Analyze business metrics and recommend actions for growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and trade‑compliance requirements.
