Corporate Travel Consultant – French-English

About the role

As a Corporate Travel Consultant fluent in French and English, you will work remotely from Athens to support business travelers throughout their journey. You will ensure every reservation, change, or disruption is handled quickly and professionally, delivering a seamless travel experience for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage corporate travel bookings—including flights, hotels, rail, car rentals—using Spotnana and other booking platforms.
• Provide personalized assistance via phone, email, chat, and other channels, maintaining high service standards.
• Handle new reservations, modifications, cancellations, rebookings, and itinerary adjustments while adhering to corporate travel policies.
• Assist travelers during flight disruptions, missed connections, or other issues, identifying optimal solutions.
• Recommend travel options that balance policy compliance, traveler preferences, availability, and cost.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex situations.
• Maintain accurate traveler and booking records and stay updated on travel products, regulations, and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with Spotnana Agent Desktop.
• Fluent Spanish and strong French, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in corporate travel services, including reservations, ticketing, changes, refunds, and disruption management.
• Ability to work from home in Greece, aligned with the Athens operation.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
