Corporate Sales Account Manager

About the role

Nova, Greece's second‑largest telecom provider, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Account Manager to drive B2B growth. You will build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understand their technology needs, and deliver tailored telecom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed sales targets through new business acquisition and expansion of existing key accounts.
• Develop long‑term, trusted partnerships with corporate clients and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Analyse clients' IT operating models and propose appropriate telecom and tech solutions.
• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends and assess their impact on telecom strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or technology.
• University degree in Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate degree is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English and strong PC proficiency.
• Collaborative, strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Clear communication, strong negotiation abilities, and a genuine passion for technology and digital trends.
