Corporate Relationship Officer – Hotels & Leisure

About the role

Eurobank is seeking a Corporate Relationship Officer to join its Hotels & Leisure Finance team within Structured Finance, Corporate and Investment Banking. The role focuses on structuring, arranging and financing large‑scale projects in the hotel and leisure sector, both in Greece and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse business plans, assess key assumptions and summarize findings for internal reporting.
• Conduct credit analysis, identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform sensitivity analyses and prepare customized term sheets.
• Negotiate terms with clients, draft presentations for management and compile credit approval applications.
• Coordinate debt arrangement processes for bilateral or syndicated facilities, including due‑diligence, legal documentation and liaison with internal and external parties.
• Monitor transaction progress through closing and support ongoing relationship management to generate new business.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate finance and structured finance concepts.
• Experience in project financing, especially within the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
