Corporate Lawyer – Associate

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, self‑driven Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal team in Athens as an Associate. You will provide corporate and commercial law advice, support client engagements and help shape strategic decisions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice in corporate and commercial law matters.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, business documents and other legal documentation.
• Manage client engagements, preparing proposals, documents and reports.
• Liaise with Greek corporate authorities and supervising organisations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of post‑admission experience in a law firm, consultancy or large in‑house legal department, focusing on corporate and commercial law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Greek or foreign university); postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Active licence to practice law in Greece.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
