Construction Manager - EPC Electrolyzer Project

About the role

The Construction Manager reports to the Site Manager and coordinates all Discipline Supervisors in managing subcontractor activities. The role covers detailed construction scheduling, interface coordination between disciplines, and quality checks against technical specifications. It replaces the Site Manager in the latter's absence. The position is based in Corinth, Greece, for the EPCm Electrolyzer project, from October 2025 to August 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the HSE management system is implemented at site within the area of operation.
• Organize and lead weekly meetings with discipline subcontractors, together with the relevant AST and Superintendent/Supervisors.
• Take part in construction meetings with the Client.
• Promote field revisions of the detailed construction schedule and verify that works match technical specifications.
• Check material delivery schedules and coordinate construction activities to optimize the schedule.
• Prepare detailed schedules and priorities with the Site Control Manager, monitor adherence to them and promote recovery plans in case of delay.
• Coordinate site activities and interfaces between disciplines to limit work overlaps.
• Assist Supervisors in managing subcontracts, defining extra-works and executing changes during the works.
• Work with the Commissioning Manager to align construction completion with plant pre-commissioning.
• Collaborate with the Contract Engineer on changes and claims, and prepare the section of routine work progress reports.
• Perform discipline quality inspections according to the Inspection Plan and procedures, in liaison with the QAE.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in construction or modernization of large petrochemical plants/EPC projects, and strong subcontractor and construction/commissioning management experience in EPC projects for large/XL plants.
• Experience on the contractor side.
