Commercial Office Employee (m/f/d)

About the role

Doka, a formwork and scaffolding manufacturer with more than 8,000 employees worldwide, is hiring a Commercial Office Employee in Pallini, Greece. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you join the Commercial Office team and handle commercial and logistics processes in the construction industry, working closely with the Sales and Technical Departments. You also support e-commerce activities.

Key responsibilities

• Invoicing and credit requests: ensure accurate invoicing and resolve credit requests during the project period.
• Client enquiries: manage them promptly and coordinate deliveries and returns to keep clients satisfied.
• Order processing: handle orders correctly in the in-house system and meet reporting deadlines.
• Correspondence and reporting: create and file all related correspondence and reports, and support month-end closing.
• Import logistics: execute imports efficiently, including monitoring and local clearance, and coordinate inbound and outbound transport with yard operations.
• Export documentation: prepare pro-forma invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin for exports.
• Material and stock: organize and monitor reconditioning of Doka material, support annual stock taking, archive import/export/purchasing documents and carry out other administrative logistics tasks.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; construction industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial and logistics processes.
• Excellent proficiency in Greek and English.
• Well organized, proactive, solution and target oriented, with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to work in a team on standard and major projects.
