Greek Technical Operations Data Specialist

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for Technical Operations Data Specialists with native Greek and good English, who can join a dedicated team managing daily operations, sharing and developing knowledge. The position is full-time and based in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Data mapping and integration into existing systems
• Implementation and maintenance of parametrization activities and strategies
• Processing debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handling and investigating daily task-related incidents
• Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures
• Delivering quality in a fast-changing environment and identifying areas or processes for improvement

Required profile

• Able to work full time
• Native Greek speaker with good written and spoken English
• Experience with the MS Office package
• Ability to identify root causes and solve problems, quick learner and good problem solver
• System thinking
• Data mapping and migration experience (an advantage)

Required skills

• MS Office
• Proficiency with MS Excel (an advantage)
