Cluster Electrician

About the role

As a Cluster Electrician at Luura, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems across our hotel, spa and food‑and‑beverage venues operate safely and reliably. You will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and support the opening of new properties.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair lighting, power circuits and electrical equipment throughout Luura properties.
• Inspect and test electrical installations, identify faults and carry out corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs and safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with Luura safety standards, local electrical codes and legal regulations.
• Support pre‑opening projects by installing new systems and implementing upgrades.
• Advise management on energy‑efficiency measures and preventive‑maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades when needed.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas organised, safe and clean.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels or other commercial properties.
• Pre‑opening experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards and preventive‑maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
