About the role
Globe Williams International Facility Management is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations within its facility management sector. The role involves overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct contract visits
- Supervise cleaning activities
- Monitor cleaners’ performance
- Maintain contact with clients
- Recruit cleaning personnel
- Provide immediate correspondence in emergencies
Required profile
- Responsibility, organization and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with chief officers and associates
- Ability to handle difficulties
- Previous facility management experience (considered an asset)
