Cinema Staff (Part-Time) - Larissa

About the role

Village Roadshow, part of Antenna Group, is looking for part-time cinema staff to join its crew at the Larissa Fashion City Outlet cinema. The role suits people who love movies, enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and help them with all their needs
• Serve popcorn, candy and drinks quickly and cheerfully
• Sell tickets and make sure entry is smooth and stress-free
• Keep auditoriums and common areas clean and tidy
• Assist customers with premium services
• Update posters and displays to promote the latest films
• Work with the crew so each shift runs smoothly

Required profile

• High school diploma (a bonus if studying hospitality, tourism or a related field)
• Experience in customer service, retail or food and beverage is a plus but not required
• Fluency in Greek; basic English is an advantage
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule of 3-5 shifts per week, depending on business needs
• Reliability, proactivity, team spirit and high ethical standards
