Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Reporting

About the role

Circana is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Centre of Reporting Excellence in Athens. You will turn market data into actionable insights that help consumer‑packaged‑goods clients grow and make data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using the Unify platform.
• Interpret data to uncover patterns, trends and key performance indicators.
• Update and maintain data structures, databases and reporting tools.
• Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and ensure report accuracy.
• Design and implement new reporting processes, tools or automation to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for delivering clear, data‑driven insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Unify or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of databases and reporting toolsets.
