Business Development Executive (Athens)

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new partner acquisition across the beauty, wellness and self‑care market in Athens. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will work autonomously within a fast‑growing, AI‑powered SaaS environment, focusing on generating revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPIs).
• Identify and outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email, social channels and occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Fresha’s solutions to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Perform cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s offering with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to inform product and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Follow up on 100 % of qualified inbound leads.

• Ability to analyse partner needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.
