Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own how Dion shows up in the world, shaping the brand, social presence, campaigns, CRM, partnerships and launches. This hands‑on role works directly with the founders and reports to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own Dion’s visual and verbal identity across every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and elevation.
• Develop and execute the strategy and content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including creator content, UGC and founder‑led pieces.
• Concept, produce and launch campaigns around new city roll‑outs, cultural moments, partnerships and events.
• Manage email and push‑notification programs, building smarter segmentation, testing messaging and improving engagement and retention.
• Turn collaborations with global brands, hospitality groups and venues into extended partnership campaigns.
• Brief and manage photographers, videographers, creators, freelancers and agencies, stepping in personally when faster.
• Track performance metrics such as shares, saves, conversion, activation and retention to inform future initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, social or creative roles at a consumer startup, lifestyle company or premium/luxury brand.
• Strong taste and instinct for building a desirable brand, with deep understanding of social media dynamics.
• Excellent copywriting skills – simple, confident and human.
• Hands‑on experience with email/CRM, segmentation, testing and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to take a campaign from idea to live execution.
• Comfort directing creators and external creatives, and moving fast without extensive briefs.
• Data‑driven mindset that balances brand vision with measurable results.
