Brand Manager

About the role

Karamolegos S.A. is seeking an enthusiastic, results‑driven Brand Manager to shape and grow its portfolio of bread brands. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies that align with business objectives and drive market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of brand strategy in line with overall business and marketing goals.
• Manage the annual marketing plan and budget for assigned brands, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, sales data and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan and launch integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales and other functions to develop and introduce new products.
• Monitor brand KPIs (sales, market share, distribution, campaign effectiveness, awareness) and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day work with advertising, media, research agencies and external partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics and FMCG trends.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
