Bobcat & Backhoe Machine Operator – Greece

About the role

Join a leading construction firm working on renewable energy park projects across Greece. You will operate heavy equipment on various sites, rotating every 6‑9 months, and contribute to the successful delivery of large‑scale infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat and backhoe machines for excavation, earthmoving, trenching, backfilling and site preparation.
• Perform daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with project supervisors and construction teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Participate in company‑specific equipment training and acquire basic Greek language skills for workplace communication.

Required profile

• Male candidates aged 25‑40 years.
• Minimum 4 years of experience operating Bobcat or backhoe equipment.
• Willingness to relocate within Greece and stay on site for 6‑9 month intervals.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 24‑26 days per month.
