Construction Engineer – Site Supervision & Coordination

About the role

VST GROUP Greece is seeking a Construction Engineer to join the team. The candidate will supervise and coordinate construction sites, ensuring projects meet timelines, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities (structural works, masonry, plastering, MEP installations, etc.)
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project plans and specifications
• Monitor construction schedules and budget performance
• Communicate with suppliers and oversee material deliveries
• Enforce health & safety protocols on site
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction sites
• Solid understanding of construction drawings and execution plans
• Ability to resolve on‑site technical issues in real time
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management apps
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and organizational ability
• Valid driving license and willingness to work at various locations
