Bilingual Italian/English Recruitment Associate – Client Service

About the role

As a Recruitment Associate on the Client Service team, you will help connect Guidepoint’s clients with the right subject‑matter experts. Working in a hybrid Athens office, you will understand client research needs, source and recruit experts, and support project delivery across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate in a sales‑focused role to identify and recruit experts for the Guidepoint network.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and teams in London and Dusseldorf to develop strategies that satisfy client requests.
• Use LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and other online resources to locate qualified experts.
• Invite promising leads to join the network and screen them for suitability.
• Create professional expert profiles and present them to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant internship, volunteering or extracurricular experience.
• Strong desire to work in a KPI‑driven sales or lead‑generation environment.
• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented setting.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality capable of engaging professionals at all levels.
