Bid Manager

About the role

Neurosoft is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle for major IT opportunities across public and private sectors. You will act as the central coordination point, turning customer requirements into competitive, compliant, and commercially sound proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid process: qualification, planning, proposal development, submission, clarifications, negotiation support and handover to delivery.
• Analyse RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and tenders to identify deliverables, compliance obligations, risks and dependencies.
• Build and maintain bid plans, timelines, responsibility matrices and submission checklists.
• Coordinate stakeholders from Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Technical, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Delivery.
• Lead the creation, editing and structuring of proposal content ensuring clarity, consistency and compliance.
• Facilitate bid reviews, quality checks, commercial approvals and final submission readiness.
• Maintain bid documentation, version control, reusable content and lessons learned.
• Support post‑bid reviews, negotiations and smooth handover to Project Management.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in bid/proposal management, presales coordination or a similar role.
• Proven track record managing public tenders and complex private‑sector proposals.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
