Beauty Advisor – Luxury Products Division

About the role

Join L’Oréal Luxury Products Division as a Beauty Advisor and become the face of iconic luxury beauty brands. You will deliver exceptional in‑store service, drive sales, and represent the brand across digital channels, ensuring every customer feels like the hero of our story.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge, features, benefits, and application techniques.
• Provide personalized beauty advice to create positive customer experiences.
• Achieve sales targets using brand selling methods and link‑selling opportunities.
• Support daily POS activities, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure product availability.
• Utilise the brand’s CRM procedures to recruit and retain customers.
• Record and follow up on customer complaints and issues.
• Communicate market insights, competition, and key events to managers.
• Develop relationships with department‑store floor managers.
• Act as a brand ambassador via live chat, social media, and virtual teleconsultations.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
• Excellent written communication with empathy and guidance.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and self‑motivation to meet targets.
• Effective ownership of inquiries, timely escalation when needed.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills for high‑volume online and in‑store interactions.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using reporting tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., IPPOS).
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and procedures.
