Bar Waiter – Seasonal Position at The Rooster Resort

About the role

The Rooster Resort is looking for passionate, hardworking and enthusiastic Bar Waiters for the 2027 season. You will become an extension of the resort’s vision, delivering exceptional hospitality while creating a home‑away‑from‑home atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and uphold the resort’s ethics, policies and principles.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Support the team in reaching common goals and ensure smooth service flow.
• Study and apply menus and culinary concepts with discipline.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Utilise software programs for daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a bar waiter.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Polite, friendly personality with a growth mindset.
• Professional behavior focused on high‑quality service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations.
