B2C Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our B2C outsourcing team in Athens. You will be the primary point of contact for our accommodation partners, handling inbound calls and providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and extranet tools.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming client and guest contacts via telephone.
• Provide clear, professional communication and resolve queries related to room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet usage.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to address customer questions effectively.
• Utilise appropriate tools and processes to ensure the delivery of accurate and complete information.
• Maintain high levels of client service and ensure a positive experience for partners.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with at least B2 level English (both oral and written).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑24:00.
• Resident of Greece or able to relocate on short notice.
• Tech‑savvy with full proficiency in MS Office.
