About the role

SLS Partners at Law is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Athens office. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on corporate, banking, real‑estate and maritime matters.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents for corporate, banking and real‑estate transactions.
Conduct comprehensive legal research, including case law, statutes and regulatory frameworks.
Prepare pleadings, opinions, memoranda and other court submissions.
Advise clients and internal teams on legal risks and practical solutions.
Support litigation and dispute‑resolution processes and coordinate with external counsel.

Required profile

Law degree (LL.B) and licence to practice law in Greece; an LL.M in a relevant field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of corporate, banking, real‑estate or maritime law and experience with civil law court proceedings.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
