Assistant Waiter/ess – In‑Room Dining (Seasonal 2026)

About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for an Assistant Waiter/ess to join its In‑Room Dining team for the 2026 season. The role involves delivering personalized, discreet service to guests in their rooms and suites, ensuring a seamless 24‑hour dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Present menu items and answer guest queries with knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Take and communicate guest orders, including special requests, to the kitchen.
• Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages to rooms.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of service areas, buffets and food stations.
• Retrieve and stock linen, china, silverware, glassware and other supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service.

Required profile

• Highly engaged and motivated to work in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
