Assembly Employee – UAV Manufacturing

About the role

Stark is seeking an Assembly Employee to join its UAV production line in Thessaloniki. You will be responsible for assembling, integrating, and testing unmanned aerial vehicle components with precision, contributing to the delivery of high‑performance defence systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts following detailed work instructions.
• Perform functional and visual inspections during the assembly process.
• Support component testing and maintain accurate documentation, including traceability and serial tracking.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and well‑organized.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in enhancing team efficiency.

Required profile

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Background in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use assembly tools.
• Strong reliability, teamwork orientation, and attention to detail.
