Architect Design Specialist

About the role

Join the Sani/Ikos Group as an Architect Design Specialist and help shape the next generation of luxury family and beach resorts. You will work on concept creation, feasibility studies and master‑planning for new resort projects, ensuring every guest space reflects the brand’s vision of togetherness.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of architectural concepts, site analysis, massing studies and hospitality planning for guestrooms, public areas, wellness, F&B and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Create conceptual layouts, diagrams, presentations and architectural narratives that define circulation, spatial experience and design intent.
• Research hospitality trends, luxury benchmarks and emerging design approaches to inform product differentiation and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare visual documentation and present concepts to internal leadership and external stakeholders, maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with interior design, delivery, sales, marketing and operations teams, and coordinate with external consultants during early project phases.
• Uphold high standards of architectural creativity, presentation quality and design consistency across all projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience in hospitality architecture and concept design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality concept design and planning projects.
• Knowledge of hospitality planning principles and guest‑experience design, preferably within luxury projects.
• Fluent English; Greek and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
