Senior UX Designer – Product & Digital Experience

About the role

Allwyn Hellas is seeking a Senior Product‑UX Designer to shape digital experiences for millions of users across its global gaming ecosystem. You will lead design from discovery through delivery, merging data, aesthetics, and psychology while integrating AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design processes, defining user flows, information architecture, and high‑fidelity UI for flagship platforms.
• Apply mobile‑first thinking using Apple HIG and Material Design to craft native, high‑performance mobile experiences.
• Evolve and govern the Allwyn Design System, ensuring consistency across component libraries and design tokens.
• Design interfaces that meet Web Vitals performance targets and WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for user testing, prototyping, and automated design audits.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio of complex transactional flows (e‑commerce, fintech, gaming).
• Strong understanding of native mobile interaction patterns and mobile HCI principles.
• Ability to design feasible, scalable, and technically robust solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity, innovation mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
