Junior Visual Merchandiser – KIABI Top Parks, Piraeus

About the role

As a Junior Visual Merchandiser for KIABI at the Top Parks store in Piraeus, you will be responsible for translating the brand’s visual standards into an attractive in‑store experience. Working under the Group Visual Merchandiser and reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure that every display reflects KIABI’s low‑cost, family‑focused fashion identity.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of visual merchandising execution for the assigned store.
• Implement Group‑cascaded visual merchandising guidelines on time and on brand.
• Conduct detailed quality checks on displays and store layouts.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand representation across all visual elements.
• Align store layouts with brand aesthetics to create a compelling shopping experience.
• Provide feedback and development recommendations to enhance execution and brand performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and ability to apply visual merchandising guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience training and developing store visual merchandising teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
