AP Business Controller

About the role

We are looking for an AP Business Controller to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Marousi, Athens. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will help drive operational performance through data‑driven analysis and financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data, identify trends and deliver insights to improve business performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and monitor KPIs aligned with operational goals.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis to pinpoint improvement areas.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision‑making by operational leaders.
• Ensure compliance with internal control processes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in controlling, finance or a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
