AI Tech Architect – Athens

About the role

As an AI Tech Architect at BCG Platinion, you will drive digital transformation for leading global companies from our Athens hub. You will blend strategic insight with hands‑on technology delivery to design and implement AI‑enabled, resilient IT architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies for AI and advanced technology initiatives.
• Lead small, agile development teams through strategic IT implementation programs, establishing DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Design, develop, and optimise custom IT architectures, integrating cloud computing, micro‑services, and cyber‑resilience measures.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willing to travel as needed.
• Fluent communication in both Greek and English, capable of explaining complex technical concepts.
