About the role

KPMG is seeking an AI‑Powered CRM Marketing Specialist to join its Consulting Services team in Greece. You will design and launch intelligent, data‑driven marketing campaigns that leverage AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning to deliver highly personalized customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise AI‑enhanced customer engagement campaigns.
• Use predictive analytics to identify high‑value segments and automate scheduling with AI recommendations.
• Design AI‑driven personalised customer journeys across all touchpoints.
• Create audience‑focused copy using AI writing tools and generative AI for communications.
• Conduct AI‑powered A/B testing and analyse content performance.
• Implement hyper‑targeted segmentation and monitor real‑time campaign dashboards.
• Extract actionable insights from predictive models and experiment with emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in CRM consulting, digital marketing or customer transformation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enhanced CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven track record of building and executing large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization engines and predictive analytics.
• Basic SQL or data‑querying skills and exposure to A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
