AI-Driven Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑Driven Web Developer to combine full‑stack web engineering with generative AI capabilities. You will create intelligent web features, AI‑powered user experiences, and the backend systems that support them, while using AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise modern full‑stack web applications and internal tools.
• Integrate AI‑powered features, automations and agentic workflows into websites.
• Apply “Vibe Coding” practices using AI‑assisted code generation, debugging and testing, while retaining full ownership of production code.
• Write and refine prompts for AI‑assisted development and documentation.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure responsive, accessible, and brand‑consistent UI/UX.
• Implement SEO‑friendly front‑end solutions and maintain performance, maintainability and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Identify performance or workflow improvements and stay current with emerging web and generative AI technologies.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product teams.
