Aesthetic Nurse – Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics

About the role

The Aesthetic Nurse will join Argyri Kapellari Clinics, a boutique dermatology and medical aesthetics practice, working on‑site at the Athens clinic three days a week and at the Kifissia clinic two days a week. The role supports dermatologists and aesthetic physicians in delivering safe, high‑quality non‑surgical treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for a wide range of aesthetic procedures.
• Assist with injectable therapies, laser treatments, medical peelings, Hydrafacial, Dermapen, RF therapy, Carboxytherapy, HIFU, Morpheus 8, IPL and EMS.
• Conduct pre‑treatment assessments, explain treatment plans and monitor patients during and after procedures.
• Provide post‑care instructions and support optimal recovery.
• Perform basic wound care and maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Document clinical notes, manage electronic medical records and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Collaborate closely with dermatologists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a patient‑centered experience.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license with formal nursing education.
• Minimum three years of experience in medical aesthetics or skin health.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and good command of English.
• Attention to detail, reliability in a fast‑paced clinical environment and commitment to ethical practice.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to follow established protocols.
