Ad Sales Specialist (Italian)

About the role

Our client, a leading Outsourcing/BPO company, is looking for an Italian‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join their Athens office. You will work directly with existing and prospective clients, selling tailored advertising solutions and overseeing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone, chat and email in a professional, consultative manner.
• Manage inbound warm leads and conduct outbound outreach with timely follow‑up.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend customized advertising packages.
• Analyse, optimise and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and proactively suggest optimisation actions.
• Support clients in maximising the effectiveness of advertising products.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised support teams when required.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Italian speaker with fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work towards KPIs and targets.
• Self‑driven, capable of working independently and within a team.
