Ad-Sales Specialist – Czech Speakers

About the role

We are looking for a Czech‑speaking Ad‑Sales Specialist to join an international team that delivers digital advertising solutions to agencies and advertisers. You will work closely with clients to design, launch and optimise campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage existing agency and advertiser clients via phone, chat and email.
• Handle inbound warm leads and conduct outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Identify sales opportunities and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Set up and monitor digital campaigns on behalf of clients, analysing performance metrics.
• Detect campaign trends, address challenges proactively and recommend optimisations.
• Refer complex cases to specialised support teams when needed.
• Promote best practices to enhance the overall customer experience with advertising products.

Required profile

• Native Czech speaker with fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
• Strong presentation, communication and commercial mindset.
• Goal‑oriented, reliable and able to work independently and in a team.
• Quick learner with flexibility to prioritise workload.

Required skills

• IT literacy.
