About the role

Sandblu Resort, a newly opened ultra‑luxury hospitality brand on the island of Santorini, is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its finance team. The role will support the resort’s financial operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Record, verify, and process all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform regular reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general accounting tasks.
• Support audit processes and collaborate with external financial partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
• Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with hospitality‑specific financial systems.
• Understanding of tax regulations, VAT requirements, and financial compliance standards.
